På Volvo Car Tuve utvecklar vi vår verksamhet, vilket innebär vissa förändringar för dig som kund.
Från den 1 april erbjuder vi inte längre service i Tuve. I stället kommer verkstaden att bli en central del av vår nya affärsmodell, med fokus på att göra bilar leveransklara.
Denna förändring gäller endast vår service- och reparationsverksamhet samt för dig som brukar ta med dina hjul i bilen för att skifta hos oss.
Vår skadeverkstad, hjulskifte för dig som har däckförvaring hos oss samt hjälp med torkarblad, takboxar och andra tillbehör fortsätter precis som vanligt – och du är alltid välkommen till oss för dessa ärenden.
Eftersom tiderna för service och reparation i Tuve redan är fullbokade framåt hänvisar vi dig som behöver boka en tid till våra andra anläggningar. Där fortsätter vi självklart att ta hand om dig och din bil med full verkstadsservice och samma höga kvalitet som tidigare – Sörred (Torslanda), Hisings Backa och Landvetter flygplats – där vi erbjuder verkstadsverksamhet och samma höga kvalitet som tidigare.
För dig som kör elbil eller behöver hjälp med ärenden som inte kräver lyft erbjuder vi dessutom Mobile Service, där vi kommer till dig – oavsett om du befinner dig hemma eller på jobbet.
Jag har tidigare servat hos Volvo Car Tuve, vart ska jag serva nästa gång?
Nästa gång du servar din bil har vi flera anläggningar i närheten som inte ligger mer än max 12 minuter bort. Vi har dessutom Mobile Service för dig som kör en elbil från Volvo eller Polestar samt bränslebilar med lättare reparationer som ej kräver lyft. Vilket gör att vi inom Göteborgsområdet kan komma till ditt jobb eller hem till dig och serva din bil.

- Sörred: 5,4 km, körtid 7 min
- Hisings Backa: 16,7 km körtid 16 min alt 9,7 km Körtid 18 min
- Landvetter: Landvetter flygplats ca 2 min från incheckning
- Mobile Service – kommer där du befinner dig. (en elbil från Volvo eller Polestar samt bränslebilar med lättare reparationer som ej kräver lyft)
Beslutet att stänga anläggningen i Lundby baseras på omfattande renoveringsbehov och att nuvarande kontrakt snart löper ut. Vi har därför beslutat att avveckla verksamheten i Lundby och istället optimera våra närliggande anläggningar för att bibehålla effektivitet och servicekvalitet.
Får jag serva bilen på en Volvoanläggning där jag bor?
Om du kör en förmåns-/företags-/tjänstebil genom Volvo Bil så kan du i Göteborg endast serva din bil hos oss.
Kör du en privat bil så får du självklar serva vart du vill. Men arbetar du inom Volvo Group, Volvo Cars, Geely, Polestar och övriga koncernbolag så vill vi påminna dig om att du har förmånligare priser på service- och verkstadsbesök, däckhotell, tillbehör, tanka och tvätta.
Kommer det att hända något med er skadeverkstad?
Ingenting, får du en skada på din bil kan du som vanligt boka in den hos oss.

Dina däck kommer att förvaras hos oss. Likt tidigare år kommer du att få ett förslag på tid skickat som sms och/eller e-post
Jag brukar skifta mina medhavda däck hos er?
Från och med denna säsongen så tar vi endast emot kunder som har sina hjul förvarade på vårt däckhotell/däckförvaraing. Från denna säsong hänvisar vi er till Sörred och Hisings Backa

Mobile Service - vi servar din elbil hos dig
Istället för att du behöver planera och anpassa din dag efter ett verkstadsbesök, låter vi dig bestämma var du vill ha din bil servad. Det spelar ingen roll om du är hemma eller på jobbet – vi kommer till dig.
Mobile Service gäller elbilar samt bränslebilar med lättare reparationer som ej kräver lyft.
Gäller vid betalning med CarPay eller avtalskunder med service- och reparationsavtal.
Erbjuds just nu utan Göteborgsomårdet framkörningsavgift (värde 400 kr).
Vad händer med mitt serviceavtal/serviceabonnemang?
Ditt serviceavtal/abonnemang fortsätter att gälla och du kan serva på vilken anläggning du önskar inom Volvo Car Retail.

Ingenting, du kan fortfarande Tanka och Tvätta precis som vanligt
Vad kommer hända med er butik och bildelar?
Ingenting, hos oss kan du fortsättningsvis köpa allt du behöver till din bil.
How can we assist you in the future?
At Volvo Car Tuve, we are developing our operations, which means some changes for you as a customer.
As of April 1, we will no longer offer service in Tuve. Instead, the workshop will become a central part of our new business model, focusing on preparing cars for delivery.
This change only affects our service and repair operations, as well as customers who usually bring their wheels in the car to have them changed with us.
Our body shop, wheel changes for customers with tire storage, and assistance with wiper blades, roof boxes, and other accessories will continue as usual – and you are always warmly welcome to visit us for these services.
As all upcoming service and repair appointments in Tuve are already fully booked, customers who need to schedule a service or repair appointment are kindly referred to our other locations.
We will, of course, continue to take care of you and your car at our other Volvo Car Retail locations: Sörred (Torslanda), Hisings Backa, and Landvetter. There, we offer full workshop services with the same high quality as before.
For those driving electric vehicles or needing assistance with matters that do not require a lift, we also offer Mobile Service – where we come to you, whether you are at home or at work.
I have previously serviced my car at Volvo Car Tuve – where should I go next time?
For your next service, we have several locations nearby – none more than 12 minutes away. We also offer Mobile Service for customers driving an electric Volvo or Polestar, as well as for fuel-powered cars requiring lighter repairs that do not need a lift. This means that within the Gothenburg area, we can come to your workplace or home to service your car.

Can I service my car at a Volvo workshop closer to where I live?
If you have a company, benefit, or lease car through Volvo Bil, you can only service your car with us within the Gothenburg area.
If you drive a private car, you are of course free to service it wherever you choose. However, if you work within Volvo Group, Volvo Cars, Geely, Polestar, or other companies within the group, we would like to remind you that you receive preferential prices on service and workshop visits, tire storage, accessories, fuel, and car wash.
What will happen to your body repair shop?
- Nothing will change. If your car is damaged, you can book it with us just as before.
I have a service subscription with you – what happens to it?
Your subscription continues as usual, and you can service your car at any Volvo Car Retail location.
I have tire storage with you – what happens to my tires?
Your tires will continue to be stored with us. As in previous years, you will receive a proposed appointment by SMS and/or email.
I usually change my brought‑in wheels/tires with you – what happens now?
Starting this season, we only accept customers who have their wheels stored in our tire hotel/tire storage. From this season onward, we refer customers with brought‑in wheels to Sörred and Hisings Backa.

Mobile Service
Instead of having to plan and adjust your day around a workshop visit, we let you decide where you want your car serviced. Whether you're at home or at work, we come to you.
Mobile Service is available for electric cars and fuel cars needing minor repairs that do not require a lift.
Valid for payments made with CarPay or for contract customers with service and repair agreements.
Currently offered without a delivery fee in the Gothenburg area (value 400 SEK).
What will happen to Tanka and Tvätta
Nothing will change – you can still refuel and wash your car just as usual.
What will happen to your shop and spare parts?
Nothing will change. You can continue to purchase everything you need for your car from us.
